Workshop 2. Looking after your Mental Health after COVID-19, towards a new Normal

Objectives: The Covid-19 has caused many life changes for all of us in the world, this workshop is exploring the ill-effects of lockdown on our moods and mental health. It has brought about huge changes in working which has led to knock-on effects for our well-being. Apart from resilience rebuilding and raising awareness of mental health, employers and employees need to have a look at preventative methods, identification and control of primary well-being risks in order to have a commitment to a new normal wellbeing culture. This workshop approaches with how to cope with changes, resilience training and also allows group sharing and discussion on provided case studies.
